Orders leave Ridge Wares within two business days of payment, packed for transit and labelled for tracked delivery. Australia Post handles most parcels; bulky items go via StarTrack. Your tracking number arrives in the dispatch email — it covers the journey from our warehouse to your door.

Standard metropolitan delivery runs 3–7 business days. Regional addresses typically add 2–3 days. If a parcel stalls or arrives damaged, get in touch within 30 days of dispatch and we'll work the carrier process from our end.
